FoFana Farms is a Black family-owned farm born from generations of wisdom and love for the land. Our lineage ties back to Sierra Leone and Southern America, where farming was more than a livelihood—it was tradition, resistance, and survival.

We grow vegetables and herbs that connect us to our ancestors and nourish our community. Our mission is to cultivate health, heritage, and opportunity through sustainable farming and shared knowledge.
